Junior Managers - Availability for fixtures - Please let the club sec know if you PLAN not to fulfill a fixture BEFORE the fixtures are published.  Otherwise the league regard it as a failure and may deduct points from your team.  This is not referring to unexpected situations such as illness which obviously cannot be planned for.

All Managers - Tour games - Please let the club sec know in good time (at least two months) before your team take part so clearance can be obtained from the SWFA. The new SWFA secretary is enforcing this and failure may result in clubs being suspended from league fixtures.

Coaches Courses - check out the FAWT web site.  Everyone involved with managing or coaching a team needs to go on the  Football Leaders and First Aid courses.

Team Kit and Equipment - Rob Oyston of SWSS  0786 3183496 is our new kit secretary. All requests for kit and/or equipment to be compiled by the team secretary using the SWSS form .  Team secretary's please send/email the form to the club sec, Mark Wilson, who will progress the order with SWSS.  Orders only accepted from team secretary's, SWSS will only progress orders received from Mark Wilson.

Paying of fees or claiming expenses - Team secretary's, please make sure your name and a brief description is entered on a Barclays Bank paying in slip when paying ALL monies into the club account. e.g. "Joe Bloggs U12 2006/7 players fees"   This way the comment shows up on the club bank account statement and makes checking payments much easier.  Please back this up by sending the club sec a TAFC form. Details of the club account can be found on the TAFC expenses form. This form can also be used to claim expenses.
